I found Jeff's program to be a beneficial way for me to connect with my fellow associates who were experiencing similar challenges as me in the sales process. I appreciated that Jeff was always available for help outside of the course and that he made himself available as a resource to each associate. Jeff made sure to interact with all associates in the training session and asked us questions to help us problem solve our own challenges while also still offering us guidance/advice on how to navigate such challenges.

Jeff, I will sit at your feet anytime. You are a super teacher/adviser/talent—and so on-target in your observations about me. Unlike some NYers I know who have been over-shrunk, I’ve been over-advised by consultants (who were attempting to package me to be exhibit A, a better one, in meetings with my magazines’ advertisers). So I speak from experience when I say that Condé Nast and Amex Publishing should have saved their money—you are better than them all! Thank you! Jeff is methodical and precise, he covers a great deal of material in this course, and emphasizes key points in a way that makes you remember them.  Conceptualizing sales as a process, with specific steps and a natural outcome, is just one of many, many takeaways.  Jeff speaks of his own experience--both the good and the bad--and is able to relay lessons he himself has learned.  I felt completely engaged in the class and appreciate that Jeff always welcomed questions.  The course makes an immediate impact, lessons learned today can be incorporated instantly--I began "calendarizing" my life immediately after the first session. Jeff's passion for the sales profession is clear, but his willingness to teach the details, and to cite corresponding data and anecdotal evidence, is what I think makes this class unique.I highly recommend this course, and I have experienced a demonstrable increase in my production as a result of this proven program.
